Award-winning DJ Zinhle has responded to trolls following her viral video in which she was fangirling over American rapper Chris Brown.

DJ Zinhle found herself trending again after a recent viral video surfaced in which she expressed excitement about Chris Brown landing in Mzansi.

The businesswoman said she wasn’t feeling well because the rapper had arrived in South Africa for his concert at FNB Stadium.

Zinhle, who wished she could meet the rapper, jokingly asked if anyone knew where he was staying.

She said he could be staying nearby and suggested camping outside his hotel so she could meet him.

The video went viral, and she was called out for allegedly disrespecting her husband, Bongani ‘Morda’ Mohosana.

Some also accused her of crushing on the rapper but she has since addressed the claims. She shared a video on her TikTok account- addressing trolls.

‘I WAS JUST FANGIRLING OVER HIM’

The DJ said she was surprised that people misinterpreted what she said because she was purely joking.

She mentioned that she was just a girl admiring the rapper and not crushing on him.

“I am allowed to fangirl over a male or a celebrity of the opposite sex without it being sexualised.”

“Y’all are saying I have a crush on Christopher, that I am disrespecting my man, or that I am in love with him. When did I say that?”

“I was fangirling over the guy and admiring him,” she said.

In the viral video, the mother of two said that she only wanted to see Breezy because she is a huge fan of his.

“Guys, Christopher has arrived, and I’m not OK.

“He’s here in could be staying 20 or 30 minutes away from me. I won’t be able to see him. I’m honestly not okay,” she said.

“Please tell me where he lives so I can go camp outside his hotel,” she said.

She further said that she would not be able to attend his concert because she is working this weekend
